McNeill Physical Therapy and Wellness offers a variety of services, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, postural training, education, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.

No, initially you do not need a referral to come to McNeill Physical Therapy and Wellness. However,  some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage.

 Scheduling is easy, and we offer a convenient appointment times to meet the demands of your schedule. We have early morning and evening appointments. Call  us at (803) 226-0415 or email mcneillphysicaltherapy@gmail.com . 

- Driver's License and Insurance Card(s)
- Print out the patient forms, fill them out, and bring them with you. Patient forms will be emailed to you. If you are unable to print the patient forms, you can complete the forms in the clinic prior to your appointment. 

 We are network with most major insurance plans. Physical therapy might be covered by your insurance plan, either partly or in full. For patients who do not have insurance, we offer a cash price.
